Utoo Radio with Other News Sources - February 6, 2025 - A prominent N.W.T. broadcaster, Dëneze Nakehk'o, has been linked to three complaints against MLAs, including Shane Thompson and Caroline Wawzonek, using the name Dëneze Nakehk'o.

The integrity commissioner dismissed these complaints, but Nakehk'o is still trying to make sense of the situation.

The commissioner has dismissed complaints made by Daniel Richards, who used the name Dëneze Nakehk'o to make the complaints.

Nakehk'o is concerned that his name appearing on documents creates the appearance that he is involved in the complaint.

The N.W.T. government budgets $60,000 for the integrity commission each year, and the commissioner is paid an honorarium determined by the Legislative Assembly's Board of Management.
