Utoo Radio with Other News Sources - February 5 2025 - Russian President Vladimir Putin has submitted a security guarantee agreement with Belarus to the State Duma for ratification, which includes provisions for the use of nuclear weapons.

The agreement, signed in Minsk on December 6, 2024, stipulates that an armed attack on a Union State member is considered aggression against the Union State as a whole.

It also allows Russian nuclear weapons to be used if conventional weapons are used against Russia or Belarus, which threatens sovereignty.

The agreement also allows for the creation of military facilities and deployment of Russian military formations on Belarus' territory.
